Processing Times

Please allow 14 days after closing for clothing pre-orders to process. In stock hair glitters have a 3-5 business day turn around time to allow for packing and shipping, but can generally ship sooner. Custom glitters have a processing time of 1 week max, but can generally be pushed out sooner. Custom blankets have a 6-8 week TAT.

 Shipping Times

Ready to ship clothing items ship via Ground Advantage Mail within 5 business days of ordering. Hair glitter items that are in stock will ship within 3-5 days of ordering. Any custom glitters will ship within 1 week of ordering, but usually ship sooner if all necessary items are in stock.
Pre-order items will ship via Ground Advantage Mail within 14 business days of the closing date listed. Blankets ship within 6-8 weeks of ordering.

As always, we aim to get everything out as quickly as possible though.  

Return/Exchange Policy- Childrens Items

Please email harpyranneco@yahoo.com to discuss your options. I want to work with everyone to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $2.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 business days after I receive your return.

Return/Exchange Policy- Harpyr and Mama Womens Clothing  

Damaged or Wrong Item: On rare occasions, a damaged or wrong item is received by a customer. In such a case, email customer service at harpyranneco@yahoo.com within 15 days of the order date and provide pictures of the damage or wrong item received. We will ship a replacement free of charge if notified within the 15-day required window.  

Size Exchanges. If you wish to request a size change, a new order can be placed with the requested size within 15 days of receiving the item. You will receive a return label to return the item which was too small/large. Once the returned item is received at the warehouse, a refund will issue. Please email harpyranneco@yahoo.com to initiate the exchange and provide the order and style number being exchanged.
